Refund Policy
If you are unhappy with anything you have purchased from us, please let us know. We try our best to provide accurate product descriptions and photos so you know exactly what you are getting when you purchase one of our products. If however you are ever unhappy with your purchase, please drop us an email at info@sacredwise.com.au and we can chat about whether you would like to exchange or return your items, providing they are unused, undamaged and you are happy to pay postage. If you received damaged items, we will offer a refund or replacement and postage costs will be covered. Photos of the damaged product and parcel will need to be provided for insurance purposes.
As we are not required to register for GST at this stage, GST is not being collected.
Please let us know if there is anything you are not happy with. We would much rather chat to you and come to an arrangement that keeps everyone happy!

We understand that privacy is important to you – it is to us too. That’s why we respect your personal information and are committed to protecting it when providing products to you.

- ask us to contact you.

If you choose to not provide your personal information when requested, we may not be able to deliver the product that you have requested. We will endeavour to make this as clear as possible for each product.
We will not share your personal information with any third party, unless it is required to process a payment or deliver your products (eg. Australia Post).

From time to time we may use the personal information we collect from you to identify particular products and offers which we believe may be of interest to you. We may contact you to let you know about these products and services and how they may benefit you.
You may give us your consent in a number of ways including by selecting a box on a form where we seek your permission to send you marketing information, or sometimes your consent is implied from your interactions or relationship with us. Where your consent is implied, it is on the basis that you would have a reasonable expectation of receiving marketing communication based on your interactions or relationship with us.
Direct Marketing from Sacred Wise generally takes the form of an email newsletter.
Every directly addressed marketing form sent should include a means by which you may unsubscribe (or opt out) of receiving similar marketing in the future.
You can ask us to remove or amend any previous consent you provided by directing your request to us via the ‘Contact us’ page located on our website.

We may change these policies from time to time. If we do we will post changes to this Policies Page and publish the effective date when this page is updated.
